As previous review have stated, this is a basic 3 Star rating hotel. No tea or coffee facilities, only one working plug in the room (hanging off wall) and in need of some TLC. However, clean, towel every other day and working, powerful shower with soap and shower caps. Breakfast was basic, same every day but plenty of it. Very small room so if in groups you will have to sit at different tables. Staff were OK, I couldn't say I found them helpful or not helpful as unless you engaged with them they never made contact with a morning or hello. Except cleaning lady, young girl who was simply a delight! I hope hotel appreciate her. Location was great as close to termini and some lovely restaurants nearby at half the price of ones nearer the attractions.

Okay so I have travelled in Italy from top to bottom. This is definitely a 3 star hotel but it is typically Italian so when in Rome. We were in the main building with a reasonably large room and adequate bathroom with toiletries The shower was fine and the towels were clean. Everything about this hotel is good The reception staff speak good English and are helpful. It is clean and near The Termini with lots of restaurants near by. The breakfast room is bright and has a good selection All in all this hotel is really good if you want a taste of Italy but if you want the glitz and glamour of 5 star hotels anywhere in the world then go elsewhere

Stayed here with a young family and it was good. As everyone has stated, things are dated and could use a refresh, but what is there is clean and comfortable and in working order. The shower is impressively small - will make showering with a small child nearly impossible, but again, it is what it is! The beds are not the best, especially if you stay in a triple with a pulled out sofabed. Even though you are very near to the train station and it's busy, the exterior electric shutters do wonders for daylight and noise entering the room. Breakfast was fine: breads, cereal, coffee, tea, muffins and cake. Not much in terms of freshness, but enough to get you going. What sets this place apart is the location. Though you are not near any of the main sights, you are near the subway and tons of buses to take you anywhere in the city. We ended up walking a lot to the sights and returning after a long day to a nice shower and walking about 10 minutes to some great restaurants. They will also hold your luggage after checkout if you have a train to catch later in the day. All of the staff were kind and helpful. There is a small elevator that we ended up using because our kid would fall asleep in the stroller! Not the most romantic or aesthetically pleasing hotel, but purely functional and it gets the job done. We spent two nights and were happy!

Very close to the centre of the city with Termine Station only 8 mins walk. Surrounded by many street restaurants, bars and a local supermarket and pharmacy. The hotel room was clean and beds very really comfy. The room was a bit dated, with only two two plugs to charge our mobile phones. Although breakfast was included, we decided to eat out as the food and beverages were not very good.

An ok hotel near to termini station and within walking distance to the main attractions in Rome. Room was clean and came with a fridge & tea/coffee making facilities. It is a little dated and could do with redecoration. My main issue was the beds, they were as hard as a rock and really need replacing. Only one working plug socket too which was a bit of a pain.
